SRINAGAR, Nov 19: Police today said a woman attempted suicide in Handwara area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.A police spokesman said in an attempt to end her life, a woman (name withheld) of Dugargund in Handwara consumed some poisonous substance at her home. “She was immediately rushed to Sub District Hospital for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” he added.
