Srinagar, Mar 30: Police today said a woman attempted suicide in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
A police spokesman said a lady (name withheld) of Chrar-i-Sharief area of Budgam district consumed some poisonous substance at her home.
“She was shifted to Sub District Hospital Chrar-i-Sharief for treatment wherefrom she was referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for further treatment. Police has registered a case in this regard,” he added.
