UDHAMPUR, Aug 18: In a tragic incident, a young woman was buried alive under debris of landslide near her house at Ramnagar.
The deceased, identified as Sushma Devi (31), wife of Subash Chander Bhagat, resident of Chigli Sattian, Ramnagar had gone to collect white clay (Parola) in a nallah when she came under landslide. She reportedly died on the spot.
Meanwhile, according to the police, one Jyoti Devi, wife of Kuldeep Kumar of ward number 12, Ramnagar, who was admitted in GMC Jammu yesterday as a suspected case of poisoning, died today.
In this regards inquest proceedings have been initiated by Ramnagar police.
