JAMMU, Mar 27: A woman today sustained serious burning injuries due to stove blats in Digiana area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, a woman identified as Parveen Bano (25) wife of Zaheer Ahmed, a resident of UP, at present residing in Digiana area falling under the jurisdiction of police station Satwari received about 90% burning injuries in a stove blast this evening.
He said the woman was immediately shifted by the family members to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu, where her condition was stated to be critical.
A case in this regard was registered at police station Satwari and further investigations were on.
