JAMMU, Aug 19: A woman allegedly committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at her residence.
As per reports, a woman identified as Parveen Bibi, wife of Sadiq Hussain of Sidhra, allegedly consumed some poisonous substance at her home on August 17.
Noticing her unconscious, family member shifted her to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where she failed to respond to the treatment and died today.
The body was handed over to legal heirs after autopsy, while a case has been registered.
