JAMMU, Mar 20: A 30-year old woman who allegedly tried to end her life on Thursday by consuming some poisonous substance, at her residence in Rajouri district, today passed away at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu.
According to a police spokesperson, the woman identified as Shaheen Akther wife of Maqsood, a resident of Rajouri, had allegedly tried to kill her by consuming some poisonous substance at her residence on Thursday.
On the same day, the woman in serious condition was shifted to GMCH Jammu, where he expired this afternoon.
