UDHAMPUR, Dec 25: A newly married woman committed suicide by hanging herself with ceiling fan hook at the house of her parents in village Chack, Udhampur.
The deceased was identified as Minakshi Devi (25) wife of Kewal Krishan of Ward number 5, Ramnagar. She was found hanging with a ceiling fan hook under mysterious circumstances.
Police has registered a case in this connection at Rehambal Police Station while body of the deceased was shifted to the District Hospital Udhampur for Postmortem and other legal formalities.
