POONCH, Nov 9: A young woman was died after she allegedly consumed some poisonous substance at her home at village Bhati Dhar in Mendhar Sub Division this evening.
The deceased was identified as 32-year-old Khalida, wife of Mohd Rafiq, resident of Bhati Dhar. The police said woman had some tiff with the husband and members of in-laws’ family and later in the rage of anger, she allegedly consumed some poisonous stuff. She was also said to be pregnant.
The family members found her in serious condition and rushed to Sub District Hospital, Mendhar where she died after some time. The police registered a case under Section 174 CrPC and started investigation.
