Srinagar, Oct 18: Police today said a woman died in a road mishap in Nishat area on city outskirts.
A police spokesman said a motorcycle bearing registration number JK01S/7803 met with an accident near Karpora locality of Nishat, resulting in serious injuries to the pillion identified as Nigeena.
The spokesman said the injured was shifted to SMHS Hospital Srinagar where she succumbed to her injuries. “Police has registered a case in this regard,” he said.
