UDHAMPUR, Dec 15: A woman was killed after hit by unknown vehicle near Modhi ground in Battal Balian area on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, a police official said.
The deceased has been identified as Shanti Devi, wife of Hans Raj, a resident of Barmeen.
After autopsy at District Hospital Udhampur, the body of the deceased woman was handed over to family members for last rites.
Udhampur Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
