JAMMU, Aug 14: A woman, who was seriously injured in a fire accident at her residence in Mamka area of RS Pura, today succumbed to her injuries in Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu.
The woman has been identified as Kartaro Devi (65) wife of Sewa Ram, a resident of Mamka in RS Pura. The woman was undergoing treatment for her burn injuries here at GMCH since August 10.
A case in this connection has already been registered at concerned police station. The body of the deceased was handed over to her legal heirs for last rites after completing all medico-legal formalities.
