RAJOURI, Nov 10: A woman was killed after she received serious head injuries in bike accident on Rajouri-Thannamandi Road today.
A police spokesman said that the mishap took place at around 9.30 am at Baddakanna village. One Mohd Tahir, son of Mohd Rashid, resident of Baddakanna was going to drop her relative Safina Kouser, wife of Aurangzeb of the same area to a nearby locality on his bike. The new without number bike skidded on the road and both the riders fell down. They suffered injuries and were rushed to hospital, where woman was declared as dead. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
