JAMMU, Jan 14: A woman drug peddler was arrested with 1.9 kilograms of ganja from Narwal area here.
Umen of Uttar Pradesh at present Channi Rama, Jammu, was arrested with the consignment during patrolling duty from Narwal area, a police official said.
He said the accused has been booked in case FIR number 16/2025 under sections 8/20 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Trikuta Nagar and further investigations taken up.
The arrest and seizure was made by a team of Police Post Narwal led by Incharge Police Post concerned under the supervision of SHO Trikuta Nagar and guidance of SDPO City East and SP South Ajay Sharma.
