JAMMU, Sept 28: A woman today sustained burning injuries in an accidental fire which broke out at her residence in Ratnal area of Bishnah.
According to police sources, the accident happened when the woman was filling kerosene oil in a stove at her residence.
The woman has been identified as Jyoti Kumari (28), wife of Ajay Kumar and resident of Ratnal in Bishnah. She received about 35 % burn injuries.
She was immediately shifted by the family members to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu, where her condition was stated to be stable.
A case in this regard has been registered at concerned police station and further investigation is going on.
