Srinagar, Aug 1: A woman was seriously injured after she was attacked by a bear in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district, police said today.
A police spokesman said that the bear attacked the woman namely Hajira Begum, a resident of Shutroo Larnoo, at her maize fields near her house. The woman was seriously injured and was rushed to hospital, he added.
