JAMMU, Aug 26: A woman was killed after a mini-bus rammed into a shop near Ramleela ground in Janipur here.
As per police sources, a rashly driven mini-bus rammed into a shop near Ramleela ground in Janipur, resulting into injuries to a lady.
The lady identified as Khema Devi (58), wife of Jeevan Dutt, a resident of Janipur Colony was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where she died during treatment.
A case FIR Number 95/2022 under sections 279, 337, 427 and 304 IPC has been registered at Police Station Janipur and hunt has been launched to nab the driver, who managed to escape from the spot.
