UDHAMPUR, Feb 21: A middle aged woman pedestrian was knocked to death by a speeding truck near Sayal on the National Highway By Bass, here this evening.
The deceased has been identified as Sandokhu Devi (56), wife of Mani Ram of Sayal. She was hit by Truck JK02AW-9411, which was on way from Kashmir to Jammu. Police shifted the victim to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors declared her as brought dead.
