UDHAMPUR, Aug 23: A young woman was mauled by a wild bear that sneaked into inhabitated area in Pancheri, here.
The victim, identified as Nisha Devi (27), wife of Sadoor Chand of village Kultyar in Pancheri, was rescued by some locals. However, she sustained serious injuries in the attack and was shifted to District Hospital Udhampur. Her condition was stated to be stable now.
