JAMMU, Sept 19: A woman today succumbed to her burn injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital.
According to a police spokesperson, the woman identified as Razia (36) wife of Mohd Sadiq, a resident of Thannamandi (Rajouri), was shifted here at September 8 after she suffered about 60%burn injuries at her residence due to unknown reasons.
However, the woman succumbed to her injuries today at about 11.20 am. After completing all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to her legal heirs for last rites.
The concerned police have taken cognizance of the matter.
