JAMMU, Nov 13: A victim of accidental fire today succumbed to her injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).
According to a police spokesperson, Rajo Devi (45) wife of Charan Dass, a resident of Ramnagar, was undergoing treatment here at GMCH since November 5, when she sustained serious injuries in a fire that broke out at her residence.
However, the victim today at about 1 pm succumbed to her injuries. After completing all medico-legal formalities the body of the deceased was handed over to her legal heirs for last rites.
The concerned police has already taken cognizance of the matter.
