JAMMU, Nov 29: For healthy democratic system and its fortification, the role of “Matr Shakti” (Women power) is the key, said national vice-president, and Prabhari J&K State Mahila Morcha, BJP, Rashim Sood while addressing a meeting of Mahila Morcha activists here, today.
The main objective of the meeting was guiding the members of State BJP Mahila Morcha. It was a preparatory meeting to guide the office bearers from State who will participate in the two -day national convention scheduled on December 21 and 22 in Ahmadabad, Gujarat.
Rashim Sood recalled the contribution of women party workers in the recently concluded Municipal elections. She appealed for the larger participation of women party workers in the n convention to register effective presence from J&K.
Rajni Sethi, State president, Mahila Morcha briefed the members on subject of national convention in detail and also ensured successful completion of the convention. She also stressed on greater coordination between all the women workers during the convention in Gujarat. She added “Matr Shakti” is one of the pillars of the BJP and will assure victory of party in 2019 elections.
