JAMMU, Sept 20: In a virtual meet of All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) held under the chairmanship of Union president, Abdul Majid Malik, Women Reservation Bill was discussed and it was concluded that Modi government has once again cheated OBC communities of the country despite the claim by PM Modi for being a member of OBC Samaj.

Speakers in the meeting said that 33 per cent Women Reservation Bill does not have quota within quota.
They also said that BJP is a renowned political party which always opposed constitutional rights to OBCs and did not implement Mandal Report in J&K even after the abrogation of Article 370 and 35-A.
