JAMMU, Apr 28: Three day International Art Exhibition organized at Kangra Art Museum, Dharamshala concluded today.
Dr. Ritu Malkotia, Curator, Kangra Art Museum, Dharamshala; Balwant Singh Bilowria, Senior Artist from Dharamshala; Prabhinder Lall, senior artist from Chandigarh; Jang S. Verma and Shivali Jamwal, senior artists from Jammu; Harsh Inder Loomba, New Delhi; Sangita Sharma, Mumbai; Jayanti Patil, Pune and others were also present in the valedictory ceremony.
The art works of three Jammu artists viz. Jang S. Verman, Jasleen Singh and Shivali Jamwal was displayed in the exhibition of Black & White art works.
The exhibition organized by Art Fort Chandigarh, Verman Cultural Celebrations, Jammu, Aswara, Kuala Lum Pur, Malayasia and International Island Country Artists Group, Turkey in collaboration with Kangra Art Museum, Dharamshala was inaugurated by Girender Thakur, Director Akashvaani, on April 26.
A number of art lovers visited the show. A total of 40 art works by 37 artists, displaying different art styles and techniques was put on display.
The guests interacted with the artists present on the occasion.
According to Dr. Ritu Malkotia, the Museum organises such events from time to time.
