Srinagar, Oct 18: The district administration in Ganderbal today issued an order for the attachment of a Works Supervisor from the I&FC Department Division in Ganderbal due to alleged “misconduct” with officials.
This attachment was initiated by the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Ganderbal, who stated, “Pending an inquiry into his conduct, Danish Bashir, a Works Supervisor from the I&FC Department Division in Ganderbal, is hereby attached to this office with immediate effect, following allegations of misconduct with a Revenue Officer during the demolition drive held at Plang Kangan.”
The Sub-Divisional Magistrate in Kangan, as per the order, has been instructed to conduct a thorough investigation into the incident and submit a factual report along with his “concrete” recommendations within a period of 10 days.
