JAMMU, Feb 17: Dara Shokoh Centre for Arts and Amar Mahal Museum organized four day workshop of Creative Writing and Art from February 15 to 18, 2017 in which artists from all the three regions of the State are participating.
Those writing poetry, short stories and literary criticism are being mentored by Lalit Magotra, Vijaya Thakur, Sashi Pathania from Jammu, Prof Sheikh Ahsan-ul-Haq from Kashmir valley and Mrs Tanzin Joldan from Ladakh.
The participants for art work are from IMFA Jammu, Department of Painting and Sculpture. The overall theme is “River”. The work would be put on display on February 19. There will also be a fete “Jashan-e-Baharan” which would be held in front lawn of Amar Mahal Museum and will be open for general public. On Monday a seminar would also be held.
