JAMMU, Nov 16: The Department of Mass Communication and New Media, Central University Jammu, in collaboration with viaENS, conducted a one day workshop on ‘Internet Journalism and Blogging’ for Mass Communication students.
The workshop was coordinated by Dr Govind Singh, Professor & HoD and Dr Bachha Babu, Assistant Professor of Mass Communication. The objective of the workshop was to educate the students about the efficient use of Social Media, Blogs, Digital Technology and Smartphones to build a career as an Internet Journalist and build an online influence at the early stage of their career.
Arush Mahajan, CEO & Founder of viaENS and Co- Founder of INRDeals shared his experiences and insights in Blogging & Digital Marketing Industry. He focused on the importance and applications of content distribution on Internet and why it is more beneficial for new age Journalists and aspiring Bloggers.
