JAMMU, Mar 25: A workshop on challenges before the Education system due to Covid-19 pandemic was organised in the Govt College of Education here today.
Dr Kulwinder Kour, Principal of the College, inaugurated the session while Prof CL Shivgotra convenor of the event, highlighted the outline of the workshop. He referred to the massive damages caused to the education system around the world and in this part of the region due to Covid pandemic besides challenges ahead.
Dr Kulwinder Kour spoke about the relevance of such workshops and suggested that such events should become regular feature. Dr Jyoti Parihar highlighted the significance of the workshop under prevailing circumstances and suggested remedial measures for the damage control.
Several other speakers including Dr Rajinder Kour, Prof Shalini Rana, Prof D K Bangotra also spoke on the subject.
