JAMMU, Nov 26: A workshop on Corticobasal Implantology successfully conducted by Post-graduate Department of Periodontology and Implantology at Indira Gandhi Govt Dental College Jammu the other day.
The workshop aimed at providing a comprehensive overview of this innovative concept to students and practitioners. The event was graced by patron of the workshop Dr Parveen Akther lone, Principal and Dean of the Institution.
Dr Rahul Vaid an expert in the field of Corticobasal Implantology and an eminent national and international speaker, shared his valuable experience and understanding of benefits of corticobasal implants in providing enhanced patient care.
The workshop organized and coordinated by organizing secretary, Dr Manik Sharma, Professor and Head Post Graduate Department of Periodontology and Implantology. The workshop was also attended by the HoD’s of other departments, faculty members and Postgraduate students and Dental Surgeons from the institution and some private practitioners. It covered the various aspects of Corticobasal implants including their surgical procedure and clinical applications. The session included hands-on demonstrations and discussions that allowed participants to interact directly with experts, gaining practical knowledge that can be implemented in their own practices.
