JAMMU, Sept 27: Three day workshop on “Development of Mathematics Lab”, organized by Mathematics Wing of State Institute of Education concluded.
During the programme, a total of 13 teachers were familiarized with various aspects and techniques for developing mathematic laboratory.
Surinder Gupta and Archana Khanna, Research Officers acted as resource persons during the programme.
On the valedictory function, HR Pakhroo, Principal, SIE exhorted the teachers to utilize the new concepts in their day to day class room transactions.
The programme was coordinated by Brij Lal, Field Advisor.
Among others present were Saif Ali Chouhan, Joint Director, EE, Anil Jain, Ex Joint Director, SSA and Sushil Kumar, Personnel Officer, Directorate of School Education.
Later, a farewell function was organized in honour of SK Gandotra, Joint Director, Secondary Education, Directorate of School Education, who is attaining superannuation on September 30.
