JAMMU, June 7: The PG Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics organized a workshop on the topic ‘Research Methodology’ in the auditorium of IGGDC & Hospital, here today.
The speaker of the workshop was Prof (Dr) Vishal R Tandon from the Department of Pharmacology, GMC Jammu. This workshop was in continuation to previous workshop held last year on the topic ‘Research Methodology’. The speaker enlightened the dental fraternity with his knowledge and experience.
The Workshop was conceived and organized by Dr Azhar Malik (Professor and HoD PG Department of Conservative Dentistry) under overall supervision of Principal Dr Rakesh Krishan Gupta, to instill correct approach to devise a research study on well established parameters and necessary benchmarks or steps to be adopted in order to get their work noticed and being able to publish same in reputed scientific journals.
Among others the Workshop was attended by Dr Ajay Kumar Gupta (Associates Professor), Dr Rrachna Dhani (Assistant Professor), Dr Shameem Anjum (Assistant Professor), Dr Rudra Kaul (Incharge CDE), Dr Ravinder Kumar (Lecturer), Dr Sachin Chadgal (Lecturer), Dr Ashish Chaudhary and Dr Sukhbir Kaur (Registrar). Dr Kanchan Bhagat and Dr Sangeeta Bhagat (Dental Surgeons) also contributed efficiently their part in the success of the workshop.
