Srinagar, Mar 19: As per the schedule fixed by Police Recruitment Board, the written examination (Objective type questions in MCQ form on OMR sheets) of physically qualified candidates for the posts of Constables in Baramulla district and Armed Police is going to be held on 20th March 2016 tomorrow.
An official said around 2100 candidates of Baramulla district are expected to appear in the written examination at two selected locations which include Boys Degree College Baramulla and Women’s Degree College Baramulla.
“The recruitment board has deputed two Superintendent of Police rank officers at two centres as superintendents of these centres .Besides this many, Deputy SPs of police and Inspectors have been deployed as rooms superintendents and Invigilators for each rooms have also been deputed and police deployment from law and order and security point of view has already been done at all the exam centres,” said the statement.
“All the written examination processes are being video graphed for transparency and proof of authenticity under Transparent Recruitment Process (TRP). District Police Baramulla urges all the people to cooperate in the peaceful conduction of the examination tomorrow.
“No person other than candidates and deployment shall be allowed at the venue. We also request you all to don’t fall prey to any middleman or tout for selection as the entire process will be concluded in total fairness. Selection of candidates will be based purely on merit,” said the statement.
