JAMMU, Aug 3: The Government today attached an In-charge Executive Engineer (Xen), posted in the Rural Engineering Wing ( REW) of the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, in Kulgam district, on the basis of poor performance.
Taking serious note, Commissioner/ Secretary, RDD & Panchayati Raj, Mandeep Kour, in view of the poor performance and lack of absolute initiative, attached Altaf Hussain Haray, I/C Executive Engineer, Kulgam with the Directorate of Rural Development, Kashmir with immediate effect.
Consequent upon this development, Irfan Ali, I/C AEE (REW), Sub Division Kulgam shall look after the work of Executive Engineer, REW, Kulgam, in addition to his own duties till further orders.
