JAMMU, Oct 6: The Government today ordered that Vasu Yadav, an IFoS officer, will deemed to have been nominated as Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Pollution Control Board (JKPCB) with effect from July 24, 2023.
He will discharge day-to-day business/functions/duties under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act.
An order to this effect was issued today by Principal Secretary Forest, Ecology & Environment Department Dheeraj Gupta.
