SRINAGAR, June 9: Youth All India Kashmiri Samaj (YAIKS) group comprising of 225 members, representing all the 46 constituencies of Kashmir Valley under the leadership of YAIKS President R. K. Bhat are on seven days visit to Kashmir Valley from yesterday to discuss the current issue of PM’s return and rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pandits and deliberated on the community role particularly its youth in any decision making process for the return of Kashmiri Pandits.
While Kashmir visit the main focus will be also on the immediate filling up of remaining 4500 posts out of PM’s sanctioned 6000 jobs for KP youths including the selection of those 221 candidates who have also approached to the Court and got their posts reserved with the directions for their early adjustments, this demand was already approved by the State Cabinet vide Cabinet Decision No. 143/19/2011dated 19.08.2011 and is still pending due to the negligence of the Govt.
The YAIKS delegates who are presently at Kashmir will meet all the political parties of the State to focus their attention for the dignified return of the Community. The constituency representatives will also meet to the Governor and Chief Minister of the State. In its first phase of meetings the delegates have met today with PCC State President, Prof Saf-ud-Din Soz, National Conference general secretary, Ali Mohd. Sagar and Nasir Aslam Wani.
