JAMMU, Oct 19: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) today organized public meetings at Brij Nagar, Indira Nagar and Krishana Nagar areas of R S Pura Assembly segment.
Addressing the meetings, PDP general secretary, Yash Pal Sharma, MLC asked the people to strengthen hands of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed to establish a corruption free Government in the State.
He reminded the people that during the last six years Omar Abdullah led National Conference-Congress Government, the State has brazenly dismantled system of governance as corruption and nepotism has crossed all limits.
He further added that every section of the society was bearing brunt of the wrong policies of the present government but rural areas are worst victims. He said that Government seems to be on papers because common masses were struggling to get even basic amenities like ration, drinking water, education and health.
