JAMMU, June 29: Young Blood Association (YBA), Jammu in collaboration with Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd organised a blood donation camp today at their factory premises in Gangyal in which 27 employees donated their blood.
Secretary, Regional Red Cross Society, Jammu, Anil K Padha, was the chief guest who while speaking appreciated the volunteers for donating their blood for the mankind.
Besides factory manager, V Ravi, HR manager, Sarabjit Singh and Sandeep Gupta also donated their blood and motivated their team to come forward for the same.
The mobile van of J&K State Aid Control Society was pressed into service under the supervision of Dr Rahul Sharma from Blood Bank, Government Medical College, Jammu along with other technicians.
The camp was closely supported by Regional Red Cross Society, Jammu.
Others present on the occasion were Deputy Director, JKSACS, Bhupinder Singh, president, YBA, Ravi K Gupta, secretary, YBA Veenuj Upadhyay and Karan Deep Singh.
