YCET organizes weeklong programme on Personality Development

JAMMU, Nov 24: Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology (YCET) hosted a weeklong personality development programme for final year students.
The personality development programme included sessions on introduction to communication skills, group discussion, interview etiquettes and mock interview.
Day 1 of the event was devoted towards introducing the students to the ‘Basics of Communication Skills’ and resource person was Sheetal Sharma, Coordinator and senior faculty of IMS.
On day 2 the resource person was Divya Jamwal, Coordinator IMS and she gave the session on ‘Group Discussion’ while on day 3 the resource person Gurshish Kour, Senior Faculty, IMS College talked on ‘Interview Etiquettes’.
On last day a ‘Mock Interview’ session was conducted for students wherein resource person was Era Sharma, Faculty IMS.
Students from different engineering disciplines found the weeklong session beneficial in enhancing their overall employability.
In a handout YCET expressed gratitude to the faculty members of IMS who became resource persons and educated the students of YCET.
