MUMBAI, Oct 23: Private sector Yes Bank today posted a 30 per cent growth in net profit to Rs 306.08 crore for the three months ended September 30, 2012.
The bank had a net profit of Rs 235.02 crore in July-September quarter of 2011, it said in a filing to the stock exchanges.
Total income increased to Rs 2,263.13 crore in the second quarter of the current fiscal (2012-13) from Rs 1,652.70 crore in the year-ago period.
The bank’s gross non-performing assets (NPA) for the quarter under review was 0.24 per cent. The same stood at 0.28 per cent in the June quarter.
The capital adequacy ratio was at 17.5 per cent in July-September 2012 against 16.5 per cent in the preceding quarter. (PTI)
