JAMMU, Oct 28: A young boy was found hanging today in Sanjay Nagar area falling under the jurisdiction of police post Digiana.
“The deceased has been identified as Sanjeet Sigh son of Lakhwant Singh, resident of Sanjay Nagar,” a police official said. He said the deceased boy is about 17 or 18 years old and was found hanging this evening at his residence.
The official said the body was shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu while inquest proceeding under 174 CrPC was initiated in this connection at police station Gandhi Nagar.
