Young Buck released from jail

LONDON, Oct 2:  Rapper Young Buck has walked free from jail after serving time for tax evasion and weapons charges.

The former G-Unit star, real name David Brown, began an 18-month sentence in a Mississippi prison in August, 2012 after federal agents discovered a gun at his Tennessee mansion during a bankruptcy raid in 2010, reported Contactmusic.

The rapper wasted no time in sharing a picture of himself on his Twitter page, alongside the caption, “Fresh out.”

Another tweet read, “I’m officially a free man.”

The hip-hop star had another reason to celebrate. Last month a bankruptcy judge wiped out reported debts of more than USD 10 million to his former label boss 50 Cent and executives at G-Unit Records’ parent company Universal Music Group as part of his court filing.

The ‘In Da Club’ hitmaker was demanding the sum over a contract dispute. (PTI)
