REASI, May 24: A 19-year old girl is feared dead after she jumped into Chenab River from Baradari Bridge, here today.
Even as authorities have launched search operation to trace the girl, no success was achieved till filing of this report.
According to reports, two sisters reached the bridge this morning and after a while, one of them jumped into the river. She was identified as Shazia Akhter, daughter of Allah Rakha, resident of Grah Morh, Reasi.
Cause of provocation behind the girl jumping into the river could not be ascertained.
