KATHUA, Dec 9: A young girl has been kidnapped by a local youth from Hiranagar town in Kathua district.
A police spokesman said that 20-year-old Arti Devi, daughter of one Jagdish Raj of W/No. 4 Hiranagar has been kidnapped by one Suman Kumar, son of Kalu Ram of the same locality. The girl was earlier said to be missing since October but later parents came to know that she had been kidnapped. The police registered a case and started investigation.
