JAMMU, Feb 17: Young Heroes registered win over Jammu Sports by 5-0 and entered into the next stage of the ongoing 1st Maharaja Hari Singh Memorial Gold Cup Football Tournament, being organized under the aegis of Jammu and Kashmir Football Association at GGM Science College ground, here today.
For Young Heroes side, first goal was scored by Pawandeep in 2nd minute, second goal by Pradeep in 4th minute, third goal by Nitin in 23rd minute, fourth goal by Mohammad Ilyas in 53rd minute and fifth goal by Brij in 61st minute.
The match was officiated by Suresh Gupta, Rockey Kumar and Romesh Kumar, while Mohinder Kalsi was Physio.
On the occasion, the chief guest was President J&K Bar Association Jammu BS Salathia alongwih his team. Shiekh Mehmood, Retd IPS, Organizing Secretary of the Tournament and District President of Jammu Wing gave away the memento to the chief guest. The chief guest gave Rs 10,000 to the Organizing Secretary for refreshment, etc.
