UDHAMPUR, Mar 19: In an apparent case of suicide, a young housewife was found hanging at the house of her in-laws at Gandala in Udhampur.
According to the reports, Sandloo Devi (22), wife of Dev Raj, resident of village Gandala, was found hanging in bath room of her house, under mysterious circumstances.
On being informed by the family member, Udhampur Police rushed to the spot and shifted the dead body to District Hospital Udhampur for the post-mortem.
Police have registered a case in this connection and initiated inquest proceedings under section 194 BNSS.
