JAMMU, Feb 7: Syed Mohd Rafiq Shah, MLC, president, Young Panthers in consultation with the chief patron and Chairman-NPP has reconstituted J&K Young Panthers Central Committee with immediate effect.
According to the release, Pushvinder Singh Manhas shall continue as senior vice president, with Mohd Saleem Sheikh as vice-president, Vilakshan Singh, Advocate, Isfaq Rana, Parikshat Singh and Iqbal Parrey as general secretaries whereas Ravinder Singh Billowria, Pawan Dev Singh, Shyam Lal Shastri, Mohd Aslam, Mohd Jaffar and Abhinav Anand shall be the State Secretaries.
Gagan Pratap Singh shall be the State Coordinator and Spokesman whereas S Rupinder Singh Tara will be the Secretary, Public Relations.
