RAJOURI, Feb 1: A young house-wife committed suicide by consuming some poisonous stuff at her residence at village Dalogari under Rajouri police jurisdiction today.
A police spokesman said that 28-year-old Sunita Kumari (mother of two children), wife of Sunil Kumar (driver), resident of Dalogari village became serious after she consumed some poisonous substance at her residence this afternoon. The woman was rushed to District Hospital Rajouri, where doctors declared her as dead. He body was handed over to the family after postmortem.
It was alleged that woman was being tortured by the husband and after a tiff with the husband, she consumed some poisonous substance. The police registered a case and started investigation.
