RAJOURI, Dec 31: A young woman committed suicide by hanging at her residence at village Kotdharra in Rajouri this evening.
Police sources said that 22-year old Zahida Kouser, wife of Mohd Shafi, resident of village Kotdharra after a tiff with her husband and members of in-laws’ family committed suicide by hanging this evening. She was married hardly an year ago. The police took the body into custody and sent for postmortem. A case has been registered in this connection. Three members of the family have also been detained for questioning.
