UDHAMPUR, Apr 25: A young woman namely Surista Devi (20), wife of Bakeel Singh, resident of Kultyar Bala, Tehsil Panchari, has been missing since first week of April.
According to the reports, Surista Devi, who is not mentally sound, left home in the evening of first week of this month but did not return since then.
