RAJOURI, Dec 23: The Police recovered the dead body of a young woman from a river in Kalakote area of Rajouri last evening.
The deceased was identified as Rakiza Begum (30), wife of Showket Ali, resident of Bissi, Kalakote. The body was found in Galhan river in Teryath area on Friday evening, the police said.
The locals informed police about the dead body. A police team rushed to the spot and recovered the body. Police has registered a case and started investigation into the matter.
