JAMMU, Mar 30: Miran Sahib Police arrested a youth for unnatural offence with a minor boy.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a man hailing from Simbal Morh with Police Station Miran Sahib stating that a man identified as Rahul, son of Madan Lal, a resident of Simbal Morh committed an unnatural offence with his minor son.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 25/2022 under Sections 377 IPC and 4 POCSO Act was registered at Police Station Miran Sahib and hunt was launched to nab the alleged accused.
On specific information a team from Police Station Miran Sahib led by PSI Gopal Singh under the supervision of SHO Miran Sahib Inspector Mirza Sultan conducted raid and arrested the alleged accused.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
